We have a small library of English-language books that you can take to the beach or read poolside for your convenience. If you like to cook, the open-plan kitchen has everything you need from pots & pans to silverware and appliances so you can become a seaside chef! Condo is fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and many appliances (washer/dryer, stove, microwave, electric grill, fridge, blender, coffee machine, pantry items), even beach towels! If you bring a car, there is one free covered parking spot for you to use during your stay. If you prefer not to drive, the security guards at the front gate of the Condo can call a cab for you, and rides into town are 10-minutes or less costing no more than the equivalent of $2 - $3 US dollars. Guests have an electricity utility allowance of USD $50 per week (more than enough if guests are mindful of shutting off A/C when not needed). Extraordinary electricity costs over this USD $50 per week allowance (and/or any damages to the condo or its equipment) will have to be paid by guest after their stay. For bookings longer than 1 month, there will be a weekly complimentary cleanup
