Very calm area close to plaza España and montículo. Tons of sunlight, specially in the mornings, great view of Illimani, the city and teleférico. Very Instagrammable. Optional breakfast included. I love decor, and this place is one of the projects I feel proud of. Very white and neat with some touches of bright colors that just feel very comfy and “hygge”. I love art 🖼 and you will notice it as soon as you cross the door! Did I already mention that the view is breathtaking and it’s in the best neighborhood in La Paz? Everything! There’s a laundry room in the apartment. The open kitchen is perfect to do your best recipes as you share with others. And in the building, just above the apartment, there is a huge rooftop with scenic views of the city. I use the other bedroom in the apartment. I’ve shared places for long long time and I think I know codes very well. I work from home and you won’t feel me if you don’t want to. It’s up to you how much you want to interact. I am very helpful with anything you could need and I’m so proud of this city that I’m anxious to tell you what it has to offer, and specially my neighborhood 😊 Sopocachi is the coolest neighborhood from La Paz. It is a walkable distance from the center of the city, but once you visit the touristic areas you’ll realize that you don’t need to go out from the neighborhood cause there’s everything and the view is breathtaking. Teleférico amarillo of Sopocachi is only 5 blocks away from the apartment. I have a list of my fav places around that I can share with you. Estás a 5 cuadras de la plaza España donde hay una de las estaciones del teleférico amarillo, y donde hay diversos minisbuses que van hacia el centro de la ciudad. De la esquina de arriba, también hay minibuses que van hacia el Prado y Plaza Murillo. Para ir a la Zona Sur, se camina 4 cuadras hacia la estación de gasolina en la Av. 20 de octubre. Por último, hay una parada de taxis en la esquina de abajo.
