In the living room, two comfortable couches surround a large (50"+) flatscreen equipped with Roku, offering a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment. Note: For additional accommodation needs, The Glenwood Studio is also available for booking, located on-site with its own exterior entrance. This separate studio unit, situated much like a duplex, shares the double driveway but has been soundproofed for privacy. While there may be occasional sound transfer, rest assured that the studio unit does not have access to the backyard, which is exclusively for your private use. It's a separate studio unit with its own entrance, situated on the right side of the house before the fence. All shared walls have been soundproofed to provide you with a peaceful and private stay. Driveway Access: Utilize the left half of the wide driveway, offering room for up to two vehicles parked one behind the other. It's spacious and convenient. For any extra vehicles, street parking is readily available. Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, right behind the university, and adjacent to the Country Club Cottage area, a great walking area (though there are few sidewalks). You have the full use of the left side of the driveway (the right is reserved for guests of the Glenwood Studio), which is long enough to park 2 cars - 1 behind the other. Wichita Falls is a large spread-out city, so a car would be highly recommended. However, if you prefer public transportation and don't mind a little planning, Wichita Falls boasts a bus system which, paired with Uber and Lyft, will get you where you need to go. Pet-Friendly Bliss with Consideration for All Guests We're thrilled to welcome your furry companions into our cozy retreat! Here are a few guidelines to ensure a harmonious stay for everyone: Approval Required: Pets are allowed with prior approval. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet. Pet Fee: There is a one-time $75 pet fee to cover additional cleaning measures. Health Precautions: Ensure your pet's flea and tick medication is up to date to maintain a healthy environment. Crating Policy: Pets are to be crated when left unattended. This helps prevent any potential mischief and ensures the safety of your pet and our space. Pets are welcome in the backyard, though we ask they please be supervised your pet to limit damage. Quiet and Well-Behaved Pets: Only bring pets that are trained, relatively quiet, and well-behaved. Honesty is Key: It's important to be honest about your pet's behavior. If your pet is not disclosed, a penalty fee of $50 in addition to the original pet fee may apply. Furniture Covers: We provide furniture covers upon request to protect against shedding or if your pet is likely to get on furniture.
