Two large patios offer a perfect place to relax and read a book, enjoy a siesta in the hammock or simply relax. As well there is an open air (covered) rancho lakeside for your use. This is a downsized version of our Alchemy on the Lake listing (4 bedrooms 9 people). We wanted to offer a 2 bedroom version so smaller groups have an opportunity to enjoy our paradise! Two bedrooms can be our RosaMaria Suite (king bed) and Rowen's Room (Queen bed facing the lake) or you can substitute either one of those for our Nacatamale suite which has 3 single beds .. please advise when booking which combo you would prefer. with 1 1/2 bathrooms (plus 1 lakeside bathroom with outdoor shower) kitchen and large living space makes this home an ideal retreat. This home is Ideal for a small family or couples vacationing together. Several restaurants and a pulperia are located nearby. Presently our cat Blondie lives on the property . Guests have access to everything in the house as listed, the 2 decks and the rancho on the beach. Parking is onsite. Hand washing can be arranged (fee) As I am only 15 minutes away if there's anything you need I'm happy to make myself available as well as be there to welcome you and orient to the house .. and area. Laguna de Apoyo is located a 15 minute drive from Granada, Nicaragua and forms a part of a large ecological reserve .. abundant with monkeys and lots of birds. There are a variety of restaurants and small tiendas/shops close by. We have a family who live on-site (but apart from this house) that are caretakers of the property and are available to help out if you need anything If you do not have a rental car, taxis and local buses are available .. as well a driver/car can be arranged for you for day trips in and around the area. Check in is to be arranged once a booking is made … all guests are welcomed and checked in personally.
