Relax at the pool, or in the waters of the Caribbean with year-round 28°C/82°F The condo was completely renovated when it was bought in 2016 ... wooden furnitures were banned from the bathrooms ... pipes were replaced by new ones ... sufficient space in bedrooms for storage (closets) even for longterm stays ... bedware, bathroomware and kitchenware for 6 people ... aircon in the living-room, aircon in each bedroom ... the WiFi is working very good ... WiFi printer ... SMART TVs with Standard Apps (e.g. Netflix, YouTube, Explorer) and cable TV in living-room and master bedroom ... a cleaning lady can come twice a week for cleaning and washing (fixed days, free hours, 600 pesos/service) ... The condo can be reached by elevator, which (my guess) works at 99,9% of the time … to the condo belong two parking spaces … The Complex Amara is well kept, very green, with a large pool with a special area for small kids, two open outdoor grill spaces, and a kids' playground … the extensive garden is maintained by a large group of gardeners … security (unarmed) is walking the compound by day and night … In front of the impressive entrance gate to the Amara, an avenue leads to the Ferry to Isla de Mujeres (10 minutes by foot), and to downtown (20 minutes by (mini-)bus) … one bus-route goes through the city, anther bus-route goes all the way down the entire hotel zone … a convenience store (Circle K) is right across the street … guests can access all common areas such as the pool area, the kids playground, and the open-air grill-stations I will greet all visitors when they arrive, and give them all information they might require ... e.g. does and dont's (resort regulations, etc.) ... I will always be reachable by handy or email ... 5 minutes by foot away from the Ferry to Isla Mujeres 15 minutes away by public transport (in front of the resort) to the center of Cancun (Central Bus Station, Ave. Tulum) easy by public transport (0,50 US$ p.p.) to the center of Cancún ... easy by public transport (0,50 US$ + 0,60 US$) to the entire Hotel Zone please be aware that I MUST register all guests with the administration of the resort (Amara 1, Puerta del Mar) two days before arrival ... for this, you have to send me fotos of your passport or drivers' licenses of all adults
