Hacienda Colorado is an exquisite 4 bedroom property situated right on the beach in Hacienda Iguana, offering unparralleled views of the world-renowned surf break, Colorados. The property is conveniently located just a short 15-minute walk from the Panga Drops surf break and a mere 50 yards (1-minute walk) from the community beach club, pool, restaurant, and bar. Hacienda Colorado boasts a spacious layout with ample outdoor patio areas on both the upper and lower levels, in addition to a stunning beachfront pool that provides direct views of the Colorados surf break.The expansive master suite is located on the 2nd floor and comes furnished with a king-size bed, a twin bed, two recliners, and a large office desk. There are two additional ocean-view guest suites on the 1st floor, each featuring a queen-size bed and a twin bed, as well as a fourth guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds. With air conditioning throughout the house, including the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room, you'll stay cool and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the house boasts high-speed fiber optic internet (40mbps), an Amazon Fire Stick on the TV, a battery backup system to power lights and fans in case of a power outage, and a propane BBQ grill. You'll also be well taken care of by the three employees of the house, including a full-time housekeeper, a night guard, and a pool cleaner/gardener. We also provide an info guide in the house, with information on activities, hikes, day trip ideas, maps, a restaurant guide, local restaurant menus and more. Golf Course: Iguana has a well manicured 9 hole golf course that guests are welcome to play at anytime (no tee time needed). The cost for a round of golf , golf cart and club is approximately $55. Iguana’s Restaurant and Shopping Options:  Within the community of Hacienda Iguana there are currently six restaurants. The restaurant at the beach club, Pili's Kitchen, serves healthy and delicious plates for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a great beach bar with happy hour specials. Iguana Brewery is just across from Scoops and serves its locally made craft beers in addition to a full bar, and doubles as a complete restaurant with breakfast starting at 6am, lunch, and dinner.  Scoops is an artisan ice cream, coffee, juice, and panini shop. Downtown Iguana is a restaurant with local Nicaraguan cuisine, open for lunch and dinner, and located in the commercial area below Casa Ananas and next to NSR.  Casa Ananas, located above NSR, is open for dinner with delicious and authentic Italian pizza, pasta and more.  Finally, the newest restaurant is The Salty Koala, which is in the La Joya commercial area and serves Asian cuisine. All these restaurants except for Pili's Kitchen at the Beach Club and The Salty Koala are located in Iguana’s growing commercial center where you will also find a La Fise ATM, NSR Surf Shop, Stop and Go Surf Market (groceries), Rios Market (groceries), Iguana Farmacy and First Response Clinic and our office, Iguana Surf Rentals and Real Estate. La Joya Commercial area has Pure Spa and Las Rocas Surf Shop/Boutique store.      Amenities Close By but Outside of Iguana: Just outside of Iguana’s gates (3km away) there is the Rivera Market Place with a BAC Bank Branch and ATM, Rivera Market/Grocery Store and Jasco’s Sushi Restaurant. There are many other great restaurants within a 10–20-minute drive from Hacienda Iguana. Golf Cart Rentals – We (Iguana Surf Rentals) have multiple 4-passenger, battery powered golf carts available for rent for $40/day or $240/week or 6-passenger golf carts available for $60/day or $360/week.  The golf carts must stay on the interior roads of Iguana except to go to the school/playground just outside the first gate.   Yoga: Drop-in yoga classes are held at the small beachfront palapa at Mark and Dave’s and are $15/person. Mark and Dave’s in the middle of Iguana beach, just south of Panga Drops surf break. If driving it is towards the beach when you reach the roundabout or if you are walking the beach, it is where you see a large palapa and small palapa right next to each other. There is an Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa Flow class on Tuesdays at 7:30am or Thursdays at 9am or a Beginner/Intermediate Flow class on Tuesdays at 9:30am or Thursdays at 11am and an all levels flow on Saturdays at 9am. Private, in-house classes are also available upon instructor’s availability. Activities: We would also be happy to organize activities and transportation for you during your stay. There will be an info guide in the property with all the activity and day trip options including; boat trips (surf, fish or site-seeing), catamaran tours, surfboard rentals, surf lessons, surf photography, massage, yoga, moto rentals, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, horseback riding, SUP rentals, kayaking, Spanish lessons and more. Airport Transportation Options: To and from Managua, we can arrange a sedan for $90 for 1-2 people, $100 for 3 people and $110 for 4 people and SUV for $120 for 1-2 people, $130 for 3 people or $140 for 4 people each way or a 15 passenger van (fits 10 people with luggage) for $160/each way. Please just let us know your number of people, preferred type of transportation, exact arrival time, airline and flight number and we can arrange your transportation for you. Your ride does include a stop at the grocery store as well. We can also arrange your airport transportation to and from Liberia, CR. It is $150 for a sedan, $180 for an SUV, $230 for a passenger van for up to 7 people and $250 for a passenger van for 8 or more people. One driver will bring you from the Liberia airport to the border then you will walk across the border and another driver will be on the Nicaragua side of the border with a different vehicle to pick you up. The drivers will help you with the immigration process and stamping on each side of the border and there are bike taxis at the border that you can pay to help with transporting your luggage from one side of the border to the other. The trip from Liberia to Iguana takes 3-5 hours depending on the border crossing. The driver would be happy to stop at a grocery store for you as well. Car Rentals: There are 2 car rental agency options that are close by or service the Hacienda Iguana community. Alamo/Enterprise/National will deliver and pick up vehicles to and from your rental property in Hacienda Iguana. You can search their cars through the Tola location. The base rate is for up to 4 people and there is an additional per person cost for more than 4 people. The rates are  listed below and please note that Airbnb adds their own fee on top of these rates. Meal Package Info Our meal packages offer you a personal chef whose services include purchasing of fresh food, meal preparation, cooking a delicious meal and cleanup. Breakfast options for you range from pancakes, banana pancakes, French toast, eggs, omelets, gallo pinto, hash browns, fresh fruit, tortillas and/or toast. Served with coffee and freshly made fruit juices. Lunch and dinner generally consist of a meat (chicken, fish, beef, pork, or lobster) with potato, rice and/or tostones alongside a salad and/or fresh veggies. Our chef can also prepare sandwiches, lasagna, tacos, burritos, pasta, hamburgers, BBQ or pizza, or a particular dish of your choice – just ask! If you choose to dine out at any of the local restaurants, we will gladly reimburse you we just ask that you please give us a 24-hour notice that you will not want acertain meal, so our chef does not over prepare. Meal Packages are priced as follows: • 3 meals a day for $45/person/day –includes non-alcoholic beverages and a snack basket • 2 meals a day for $35/person/day –includes non-alcoholic beverages • Only dinner for $18/person or $21/person for lobster or steak dinner – no drinks included Minimum of 4 adults required.
