We only rent for seven days (Sat to Sat) from June thru August. This townhouse has been redecorated and provides a relaxed atmosphere for its guests. The first floor hallway, kitchen, dining area and office nook floors were redone with tile, giving an air of newness to the home. The living room has new furniture and includes a CD/DVD Surround Sound stereo system. The living room glass doors leads to a stunning view of the No. 6 Green of the Shipyard Galleon course. Guests are provided a beach locker at the Shipyard Beach Club and two bikes. The beach club has bathrooms and showers to rinse off at the end of the day. You can also securely store all your stuff, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The beach entrance is adjacent to the Crowne Plaza pool area, where you can grab a burger, smoothie or cocktail. The guests will have access to all spaces. You'll have the entire villa to yourself. However, I am available at any time for questions or recommendations. Located across from the Van de Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and the Crowne Plaza hotel in Shipyard Plantation, The Greens is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This beach villa community is only a short walk to golf, tennis and the beach and provides easy access to the many bike trails in Shipyard Plantation. There is also a private pool for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests. The Van de Meer Tennis Center is directly across the street. Hilton Head beaches are some of the finest in the Southeast. At high tide, the beach is over 100 yards wide of soft beach sand. At low or mid-tide, the beach is compact enough on which to ride a bike. You can bike over 12 miles along the beach. Hilton Head has bike pathways everywhere. Use the the two bikes to cruise the beach go to restaurants and nearby shopping at Coligny Beach area. The villa has keyless access. There is no waiting to check-in and check out.
