Enjoy our recently remodeled, spacious guest suite in the heart of Eugene. The suite is the entire second floor with a separate entrance and is designed with the business traveler in mind. A great place to stay for proximity to the UO and downtown. It will accommodate 4, with spacious bedrooms, both with new king beds. The separate living room is spacious, complete with a wet bar, fridge, microwave and a 55' smart TV with cable. Numerous restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Each bedroom is large; one has a full work desk setup, high speed internet is available throughout the suite. The other bedroom has a private sitting area and a small work desk. The bedroom are separated by the living room and full bathroom. Plenty of privacy for work and relaxing. Guest have a private entrance and can come and go as they please. The downstairs is closed off by an additional doorway. The owners are available if needed unless they are out of town. Sub-host is available if owners are not available. Eugene is a unique community. As residents of Eugene for over 45 years we would be happy to share our tips for those interested in seeing the sites in and around our beautiful community. Very nice friendly neighborhood, walking and jogging paths close-by on bike lane to downtown. It is a well known walking + running route. Oakway Center is just a brisk walk down Oakway Road. The Center features a few of the best restaurants in Eugene: Sabai, Novo Latin Kitchen, and Sunriver Brewing. It has great shopping + your go to's as well: Lululemon, Nike Store, Eugene Running Co, Pottery Barn, Nordstrom Rack, Miss Meers, Starbucks, Barre 3, Orange Theory, Nekter Juice Bar, Cafe Yumm, + Trader Joes and so many more. Autzen Stadium is only a twenty five minute walk and the University of Oregon + Matt Knight Arena is right over the Ferry Street bridge, bike, jog or use Uber or Lyft. Everything is close-by. Central downtown and UO a 5-7 minute drive away. Our guests also enjoy walking to Autzen stadium, a 1.3 mile walk from our home.
