It is situated in close proximity to many restaurants which include KFC, Subway, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and much more. All of these are located within 10 minutes driving. The New Brentwood Mall and Massy Stores are within 5 minutes driving. A 24/7 supermarket is just 2 mins walk away. The Aquatic Centre, National Cycling and Velodrome are within 20 minutes driving. With this space many of the furniture, appliances and dishware are in excellent condition. Guest can enjoy a good night's rest with a large king size bed in the master bedroom. Guest's washing machine and dryer are conveniently located. The internet and cable tv qualities are awesome. The wifi internet speed is much faster and the reliability is much better than you would receive in most other accommodations. Guests can also use the home entertainment system to listen to local radio stations or enjoy music using Bluetooth connection. Guest can access all the general areas in the facility. Access to the washing machine and dryer is very convenient since it is located very close to the entrance door. There is one free parking spot inside the compound for guests during their stay and another parking spot at the side of the street for the two dwelling units.
