The 3 meals of the day are included in the price and we send the menus prior to your arrival for your approval. We have been hosting families with children for the past 6 years; it's a great place for bonding and for the children to enjoy the outdoors. They play in the pool and enjoy many table games. This country home is inside a 30 acre working farm, we have lime and mangosteen trees which are in production. We have STARLINK (Musk's) internet. Enjoy the farm and the house that we have had for 30 years with large open spaces and unique views of the mountains. The dining room and the living room are almost outdoors, they just have a roof. You can also enjoy hiking, fishing, relaxing by the pool, bird watching, nearby zoo and award-winning restaurant plus other good restaurants in La Mesa. There are hiking trails around the farm where you can enjoy watching our lime and mangosteen trees as well as the several ponds we have. Spend your time in the open living room, around the pool, use the the very long and thick pine wood dining room table, and just about anywhere you want outdoors and on the open space. Most of the time we will be around for any help you may need. You will be treated to a delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed oranges or mandarins straight from the farm. Also depending on the season there will be mangosteens. All the 3 daily meals are prepared and supervised by a Cordon Bleu chef. We are on a Vereda, a small district. The people around here are friendly people. It's nice to go for a walk on the gravel road. The farm is 2 KM (15 minutes) away from La Mesa and you have to come and go by car. Because this a working farm in the tropics and we have fruit trees; mangoes, mangosteens, lime trees and orange trees, bats might appear at night. Also spiders, many insects, frogs, snakes and lizards will be seen. We have two big sized dogs, their breed is Rhodesian Ridgebacks. The Rhodesians are super friendly and as soon as someone arrives, they show their delight a little too much and they will calm down after a few minutes and we are on the look always to hold them down. Later on they will become your guards.
