Plenty of windows and light. Loft type integrated kitchen, bar, and living room. There are two large rooms at each side of the house with their respective walk-in closets and full bathrooms. There is a 1/2 bathroom for guests in the living room area. Once in the house, you will enjoy stunning 360 degrees breathtaking views, probably one of the best views in town. Surrounded by nature and hiking trails, this is is more than a place to disconnect from work and "recharge you batteries”. It’s a “resort style” home fully equipped with all the amenities that you may expect to spend a fancy and stylish vacation that you will never forget! Located in the idillic town of Los Cocos where you can enjoy the stunning mountains and valley views. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. A short 7 kilometers scenic drive will take you to the charming town of La Cumbre, where you can play golf in one of the most beautiful golf courses of the country. You will also find fancy restaurants and a good number of stores and boutiques where you can find all the goods necessary for your stay. Its cottage-style bungalows and gardens are legacies of the British immigrants who arrived in the early 20th century. Nearby Cuchi Corral, a cliff overlooking the Río Pintos valley with sweeping views, is known as a paragliding launch site. A short trip through a challenging dirt road, will take yo to the beautiful swimming holes of Rio Pintos, where you can relax and play in its pristine waters You can take a taxi or rent a car from Cordoba International Airport (About 80 kilometers). Bus services are available to connect to local towns, Cordoba and Buenos Aires. Getting around by car is the best option. Roads are mostly in good shape and you will enjoy stunning views! This is a country house surrounded by nature. You may see some foxes that are not dangerous. Please don’t feed them. You may also see spiders and other insects. Ants may appear around the house specially after rain. We regularly do spray applications to control ants, but please make sure you keep screen doors and screen windows closed to keep insects outside of the house. If you bring a pet, please keep it in the house or close to the house under supervision. Please remember that the pool has not protection and pets may drown if they fall in the water. Also, the house has not fences around and your pet might get lost if they ate not supervised. The neighbor has a dog that may show up occasionally. However the dog is very friendly and does not represent any danger or concern to the guests or pets. Wi-Fi is included at a speed of 10 mgbps. Service is reliable most of the time, however it maybe times when the signal gets lost, especially during bad weather. If you are planning to work online during your stay, it’s highly recommended that you bring a potable modem with you.
