Our penthouse is located in front of a diving site. Great diving/snorkeling right off the property on calm water days, there is also a good size community pool on the property to enjoy a refreshing dip on any day. It is a six minute walk to West End and Sundowners Bar. If you keep walking, you will find many other restaurants, bars, tour guides, water taxis and many more. The penthouse is located close enough to West End, but the noise from the night life won't disturb your sleep. We are located fifteen to twenty minutes from the airport and will be happy to arrange a taxi to pick you up, but you will have to pay for it directly to the driver. Our intention is to offer you the best time at our special place! The penthouse has no elevator and you must climb 3 floors to it. Depending on the time you arrive, help carrying suitcases can be arranged, but tipping the helper is suggested. It is a leisurely 6 minute walk to all of West End's amenities from the property, so it is not necessary to rent a vehicle. If you are planning on renting a car, there is one free parking spot on the premises in front of the building. Please feel free to contact us anytime! Easy walk on paved road from condo to restaurants and bars located on the main road of West End. It is easy to get around in Roatan. We are located at the West End of the island and a vehicle is not needed unless you want to venture to other parts of the island. If you plan to go to West Bay Beach, which is the second most beautiful beach in the Caribbean, you can take a water taxi to it. * Electricity: Is very expensive in the island (currently .41 per kwh). Please turn off all lights/fans/ac units when leaving and when not in use. At arrival, the property manager will read the meter to you and please be aware that you will pay according to the electric usage you consume at the above price. We ask that you kindly turn off the lights and A/C whenever you are not occupying the home. Also the A/C will drip water if set below 22 degrees especially in the master bedroom. Also note that a video camera is located in a corner of the balcony. The camera will be turned on the day of arrival to ensure that you have checked in. Please know that it is turned off afterwards in order for you to enjoy your privacy.
