The neighborhood is quiet with great access to places to walk or ride bikes. Easy bike ride to town or city beach. Great 3 mile bike path to Dover. Convenient access to many places; 1 mile to grocery store, 1.2 miles to restaurants & downtown shops, 1.5 miles to City Beach & Lake Pend Oreille, 12 miles (25 minutes) to Schweitzer Mountain resort. Trains are all around Sandpoint but if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. There are four bikes and helmets available to use in the garage with you are welcome to use at your own risk. There is also a bicycle tire pump with an air gauge. Please inflate tires UP TO 5 pounds BELOW the recommended Maximum inflation instructions on each tire. Park in our driveway. Do not park in the garage. You are welcome to store anything in the garage and to use the bikes at your own risk. Helmets and bike locks are in the garage. There are beach towels located in the closet in the office area.
