Kathy This dreamy 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect place to experience Traverse City like a local. Right on the lake and close to countless local activities. Wilkins Landing has no close neighbors, has direct Spider Lake lakefront with huge sturdy 8' wide dock with 16' x 16' sun deck on the end. After exploring the area, return home to a bonfire by the lakeshore or sit on the dock with your favorite beverage. ** Rates the first week of June- Sept INCLUDE a Pontoon Boat. Other dates a Pontoon boat is available for rent.** The whole place is yours. You share nothing..waterfront, dock, fire pit, yard, deck etc.. Weekly Summer Rates include a Pontoon Boat. Kayaks, Row Boat and Stand Up Paddle Boards are also available for rent. I also own HAROLDS RESORT LIVERY LLC on Spider Lake. Arrangements can be made once you book your dates here, message me your email address and I'll send a rate sheet, a Contract and request for a Refundable Damage Deposit and Government ID with picture. You will probably not see me unless you want to or need something. I am accessible by phone, text or email and I'm usually "close by". Spider Lake, Forest, Quiet, Private and Secluded. R&R and woodland creatures are the highlight here. You need a car. But you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to ! "That's a Pizza" will deliver a Pizza or anything off their menu. Summer Weekly Rentals: Sunday to Sunday only. ALL Rentals include "essentials" sheets, towels, basic soap & paper. PETS MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE before you book. There is a $50 pet fee PER APPROVED PET. This cabin will sleep 2-4 people using existing beds, due to Fire Codes - there is no safe place to put an "air mattress" or anything like it, in this cottage due to fire safety rules. Once your reservation is confirmed you will have 48 hours to text me a picture of your government issued photo ID. I also require a SHORT TERM RENTAL CONTRACT to be completed. Once we have each other's phone number and email address - we can start that process. Winter Stays REQUIRE a 4x4 Vehicle - be pre-pared to get "snowed -in" !!
