This loft is approximately 100m2, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen open to a living room with stunning sea view. Capacity of this loft 4/5 people. There is a private swimming pool and a private garage. The living room is air conditioned and equipped with "smartTV" with Apple TV and orange TV. The satellite channel and the dish are available as an option, see booking conditions. High speed wifi internet is available throughout the loft. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a 180/200 bed and "smartTV". The bathrooms are Italian-style with a view of the exterior and a patio. For people traveling in groups or families there is the possibility to rent several loft. The total capacity of Flamands Loft is 10/13 people. There are several ways to get to Saint Barthélemy. First of all you need to take the plane to Saint Martin (which is generally the most common), Guadeloupe or even Puerto Rico. A connection will then be essential to reach Saint Barthélemy. From Saint Martin there are two airlines, the flight duration is 10min. Two shipping companies also make the connection, one of 45min and the other of 1: 15min. On your arrival, at the port or at the airport (depending on your preference) you will be accompanied to your car rental or your taxi and then to your loft by a Flamands Loft agent. The loft is located in the Baie des Flamands, less than 10 minutes by car from the port of Gustavia and Saint Jean airport. Once in your loft you can enjoy the sea view and the beach less than 2 minutes walk. If you need basic necessities, there is a neighborhood mini-market less than 2 minutes' walk away. You have three excellent restaurants within 5 minutes by car from the loft. The Baie des Anges hotel with its restaurant "La Langouste" offers excellent West Indian and French cuisine less than 2 minutes by car. The Cheval Blanc hotel with its restaurant "La Case" will bring you all the quality, refinement and service of the palace. You can also trust the restaurant "Les Bananiers" less than 5 minutes away which will, to my taste, bring you the best value for money on the island. A bakery is less than 5 minutes away by car. For the more athletic and the bravest, there is less than 5 minutes on foot the unmissable Colombier path which will lead you to Colombier beach. The spectacle and the view are always breathtaking, especially at the time of sunrise and sunset when the colors of the sky and the sea blend into the horizon. Warning !! In order to avoid the risks of sunstroke and dehydration, we remind you that it is recommended to avoid exposure to the sun between 11:00 and 14:00. For a rental of less than 5 days no service is provided. For a rental of 5 days or more, cleaning is provided twice a week every Monday and Thursday. Sheets and towels will only be replaced at the time of cleaning. The customer has the possibility to request an additional passage at the price of 200 €. The pool is serviced every Wednesday. The garden is maintained Every Thursday. You can use our concierge services to do the shopping before your arrival and during your stay. We can reserve a table for lunch and dinner for you in the restaurant of your choice or find a private chef to prepare your meals. We can also advise you and organize activities such as a sea trip to enjoy a sunset, take a tour of the island in a sea scooter or take a surf lesson.
