This beautiful 3 bedroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom with full en suite bathroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom with full bathroom across the hall, twin beds in the 3rd bedroom with full en suite bathroom, plus a futon in the loft with a 4th bathroom with shower. It has 3 TV's with cable and private wifi, water cooler, dishwasher, stacking washer/dryer, complete with all linens including beach towels, screens on all windows, safe for your valuables, etc. In the dining area, there is dining for 6 in an open concept with view to the living area with L-shaped sofa plus extra seating. Between the dining and living areas is a beautiful spiral staircase to the loft area where the futon is located plus the 3rd TV. There is a very large rooftop terrace accessible from the loft via sliding patio doors and there are two sun loungers available for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a spacious main floor balcony with dining for 6 plus a sofa for relaxing with an amazing ocean view, covered pergola so you can enjoy rain or shine. The commercial strip attached to Playa Turquesa has a small grocery store "BAM" where you can purchase anything you might have misssed at the larger grocery store. They will deliver as well. Restaurants: Citrus, Don Pio Cuban, Dalia's, Pranama Indian Cuisine, The Loft, Bonny Itialian, Casa di Gosse Italian, Breaker's Cafe, Bruja Chupadora, Pastrata Mexican, Kat's Corner, Wacamole taco bar, Nam Nam's, etc. etc. The Turquesa Beach club has a great restaurant/bar named TOC that serves delicious food and drinks! The local bus "Traumapabu/Sitrabapu" can be taken for under $1 US to either of the bigger shopping malls, Palma Real or San Juan Shopping Center. If you wish to see other parts of the country, you may wish to rent a car OR you can take the Bavaro Express bus directly to the capital of Santo Domingo if you wish to explore that on your own. There are excursions that will also take you there. Everything you might need is within easy walking distance! You CANNOT drink the water from the faucets here. We will supply you with your first 5 gallon bottle of drinking water, a basic supply of toilet paper (a roll in each bathroom), hand soap, small bag of laundry soap and a small bottle of dish soap. You will be responsible for any subsequent refills. The local mini markets will deliver replacement 5 gallon bottles to the condo. There is a BrenMark binder "Your Little Guide to the Neighborhood" in the condo that has some useful information including phone numbers of local restaurants, mini markets, hospitals, etc. Having "WA” on your phone will assist you in getting hold of us much quicker than via email.
