The sea is not calm in this area, but there are other beaches that are calmer within a few miles. Ideally you will have a hire car. These are available from Petite Anse Hotel or you can hire them at the airport. Within walking distance is the beach, Petite Anse Hotel and Restaurant, the local town of Sauteurs (2 miles) A place to truly relax, watch hummingbirds and the changing seascape.
