Located in "Condominios Villas Marlin", it is right in the middle of the Hotel Zone, which is the tourist part of Cancun. There is a Mall just behind the complex (Luxury Avenue or Kukulcan Mall) and inside that Mall there is a SuperMarket (Soriana) where you will be able to buy all your groceries. Just 2 blocks from us there is another Mall called "La Isla". That Mall has plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from and a Movie Theatre. The Location is Perfect! WiFi inside the Villa you will be able to access the whole complex. it has 3 pools, 4 jacuzzis (not heated) and a private entrance to the beach. I live in the same complex, so if you have any questions or need any suggestions I will be around in case you need me. this is a nice and calm complex and we are right on the beach. because the complex is located in the Hotel Zone. buses and taxis run 24 hours a day. there is a bus stop and a taxi stand just a block from us. This is not a Hotel, this is an Individually owned condo complex. There is no storage for luggage, towels must be taken care of and left at the apartment by checkout time.
