Two spectacular terrace views of the Colorado River and CA desert mountains. $5 Tribal permits allow for use of 5+ miles of Mohave Tribal beach coves and sand dunes for off-roading. Nearby public marinas are at: Needles, Jack Smith, or Avi Resort launch ramps. Boat south to Pirate’s Cove or through Topock’s beautiful Gorge. The 2nd floor has two master bedroom suites each with king sized beds and French doors leading to two separate balconies facing west for spectacular sunrise and sunsets, flat screen TV’s with Direct TV cable and WIFI, large bathrooms with dual sinks and walk-in showers. The expansive Great Room consists of the large family and dining area with total seating to 11 persons, kitchen with newer appliances designed with a large L-shaped 6-seat counter/bar, and a 65” flat screen TV. From the dining area are french doors that lead to the outdoor terrace balcony with a natural gas BBQ grill, an outdoor seating area, and equipped with an outdoor TV and Bluetooth sound system for more entertainment. The 2nd floor areas all have stunning panoramic views of the river and the beautiful desert including the CA and AZ mountain landscapes. (See photos to appreciate!) The 1st floor quarters for additional guests, include the living room with a flat screen TV and Direct TV/WIFI (ideal area for separate TV viewing for children and gamers), and two bedrooms (bedroom #3 with two queen beds; and bedroom #4 with one queen and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds). There is also a full bathroom, and complete laundry room facility with washer/dryer, towels and linens. A baby stair gate, extra beach chairs and board games are also provided for guest use. Enjoy the stunning river-view sunset with front seating at the wood burning fire-pit while toasting s’mores or gazing under the stars. Take your off-road toys to the nearby sand dunes, go fishing, bicycle, walk to the tribal beaches, or just relax on one of the two terrace balconies with your morning coffee enjoying the natural desert and mountain landscape. The gated community association’s marina/beach is for homeowners only. However daily passes can be purchased for beach and off-road use on the 5-miles of the Ft. Mohave Tribal beaches, coves and sand dunes. Guests may purchase Daily Permits ($5 each, 14 yrs and older; 13 and under are free). Ft. Plenty of guest parking is available in front of the double garages and in front on large circular driveway. Disclosure: There is Camera surveillance inside garage and exterior areas. The natural wildlife and bird sanctuary across and along the riverbanks give the avid bird watcher an eyeful. BRING YOUR CAMERA to capture amazing memories! Many miles of shoreline beach for the avid fisherman. You’ll need a vehicle to visit local tourist sites and nearby casinos. Bringing your ATV would enhance your trip in getting around the desert neighborhoods and sand dunes. Bring your bikes/scooters as another way to get some outdoor exercise too. Nearby Excursions to note: For entertainment visit the Outlet shopping and dine at casinos at the Avi Resort or in Laughlin, Nevada. Fish at the famous Colorado River for stripers, trout, and bass. Desert driving day trips could include: - 21 miles to Havasu Wildlife Refuges - 15 miles to the quaint Oatman Ghost & Mining Town, - 45 min drive to London Bridge in Lake Havasu, OR - Reserve seats for a 6-hr, 58 mile boat ride from Laughlin to Lake Havasu, on the London Bridge Jet Boat Tour. North to Davis Dam-Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave - 1.5 hrs. drive to Las Vegas - 2.5 hrs. drive to the town of Williams for the Polar Express/Grand Canyon train experience, or - a 3 hr. drive to either Sedona or Grand Canyon.
