There is a Queens size bed in main bedroom and 1 Full size bed and a full in the 2nd bedroom (Qns size Airbed, if needed) . There is cable TV (superior Plan with 60mbps speed for internet); WiFi, 2 Smart 32 inches TV (with Netflix) and a telephone which allows free calls from cell and LAN lines. You can make calls to LAN lines only within the Dominican Rep, Puerto Rico and the USA(URL HIDDEN) NOTE: The reservation fee is for 1-2 guests; $15 extra for each additional guests per day will be charged for up to 3 additional guests after the first 2. Guests who wish to check-in after 10PM or checking-out at 8AM or earlier will be subject to a $15 fee added to the reservation. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. NO toothpaste provided. Miguel, my property manager, is there to assist you, he can pick you up at the airport/drop you off for just $20; He can also serve as a taxi to other locations at lower fees than taxis. Miguel, Property Manager will meet the guests and will provide a key. We will need a photo ID of one of the guests for complex access. Security will hold the identification and will give you a pass. Once you leave, you return the guest pass and you will get your identification back. Please read the Complex's rules and regulations (posted on the refrigerator). I am able to interact via WhatsApp, emails & text. I have an English (limited) & Spanish property manager who lives nearby, either him or his business partner will welcome you into the property. The complex is private, outside is a pretty vibrant city. Punta Cana is just 90 min away from Santo Domingo, The capital of the Dom Rep. There are lots of activities to do in the area, such as: Zip Line, horseback riding, water sports, 4-wheels on the beach, and much more. Blue Mall is just 5 min away. Hard Rock Cafe is just 15-20 minutes, where you can go to the Casino totally free of charge, just drive up to the security and simple say: "we are going to the casino". CocoBongo'ss located within Downtown Punta Cana, it is just 5 mins away. It's a great show with open bar once you get in and also Club Imagine is about the same distance. PowerGym Veron a few blocks away and just $3 per day to use the facility(@powergymveronredes). 10-12 minutes to some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the Caribbean. The complex has a free shuttle (must arrange w/ the complex Administrator) Bus to Jellyfish, Friday through Sunday 10AM to 3PM. The Bus leaves out the building's parking lot B7, B10 and B17 at 10am and return to Serena Village at 3pm. Transportation to Santo Domingo, Higuey and La Romana outside the complex can be arranged by you and Miguel can help you. UBER is operating in the area for less expensive options to get around. The complex has a free shuttle Service to Jellyfish, Friday through Sunday. Take the Transportation at the parking lot B10, B7 or B17 Building at 10am Sharp. Bus leaves Serena Village at 10:00AM and returns at 3:00PM from Jellyfish. You must call or send message to the Administration, a day ahead to reserve your spot. Transportation to Santo Domingo, Higuey and Romana outside the complex can be arranged by you and Miguel can help you.
