This two bedroom mobile home is located on our family farm just behind the farm house. It is newly remodeled and perfect for a family or group. Your stay includes a bag to fill with fruit from our orchard (in season). Freshly ground coffee is also provided. Pets require an additional $15 security deposit per night. This space is perfect for those wanting to visit a working organic farm. You may get a farm tour by farmer Mike and pick fresh fruit (in season). There is a double futon couch in the living room in addition to the queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. A full kitchen and washer and dryer are available for use as well. There is free WiFi. All common kitchen dishes and utensils are provided along with pots and pans. Guests may walk around the 40 acre farm. There is fruit for purchase and they may pick-their-own apricots, peaches, nectarines and plums from June to mid-September. There is a Gazebo with furniture for relaxing in the backyard garden. Mike loves to share stories about farming and the local history. He enjoys kids of all ages and tailors the farm tour to the interests of the guests. Masks are optional when interacting with the hosts or other guests outdoors. Our neighbors are hummingbirds, owls, dove and hawks. Sometimes the coyotes decide to party at night. Occasionally our human neighbors decide to fire their guns at night. Hunting season starts in September and there is occasional gunfire in the mornings, too. Sound travels in the country, so rarely party music can be heard at night. We have not had any guests complain so far. The city of Dinuba is 5 miles away and has taxi and Enterprise rental car service. There is a $20 cleaning fee for one day to one week. There is a 14 day maximum stay by arrangement with the hosts. There is an additional $20 cleaning for a stay over one week. Additional guests (over 6) are subject to a $10 charge per person per night. Pets are welcome for an added $15 security deposit per night. It is expected that you will crate your pet if you plan to leave them alone in the cottage.
