For relaxing sit-down meals, we offer both an inside dining area beside the kitchen with a/c, or you can enjoy meals surrounded by luscious palms with your family and friends in our outdoor living space, with a beautiful view of our crystal-clear swimming pool, all while watching your favourite program on the outdoor television set. In our indoor living room, you will also find luxurious comfort, as our top-quality furniture is perfect to sit and relax, watch a movie or just read your favourite book. Villa Jane has three gorgeous bedrooms, each equipped with one king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Our premium quality mattresses, pillows and luxury linens will ensure that you sleep through the night like a baby! Each room has a/c and HDTV with cable. The ensuite bathrooms are each fully equipped with sumptuous towels, hair dryer, and full set of luxury toiletries that include makeup removal wipes, beautifully scented, hydrating body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. On either of our two roof top terraces, you can relax comfortably and enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of the ocean while sipping your favourite cocktail. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - Check out time is 11:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. - The City of Cabarete Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on the street. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $500 or more. - Any damages caused by guests which exceed the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties There is something for everyone here in the Sosua Ocean Village; Fitness Centre, Spa, Water Park, and Al Porto Restaurant Sosua Ocean Village Amenities SOV amenities, you are able to use Santa fe restaurant. You can get pricing for these amenities at the main reception desk near the splash park rates vary dependent on weekday or weekend.
