Casa Serrano is located right on the beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. This 2nd floor has beautiful ocean views, amazing sunsets from the terrace and backyard that has access to the beach. Not only can you wake up to sun and the beach but we are close to shops and restaurants. Rincon is waiting for you to come & soak up some warm winds & sunshine.... This space has a beautiful large terrace, with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. This is the 2nd floor apartment. There is a backyard with a shared patio that is along the ocean side. Please be aware that we do not have a generator in case of power outage. Flash lights are available. The yard and ocean side deck is available to all guest as common area use. We are not available in person but we can be reached via email, text, or calls. We have a local property manager that can come to the property as needed. The property manager frequently visits the property to clean up and make sure things are tidy. Most of the homes in the area are vacation properties. It is a clean and usually quiet area. There is always parking along the street side of the house. A rental car would be a good option to be able to see all of Rincon and the miles of beautiful beaches and many places to visit. There are groceries stores, bakeries within walking distance. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, noodles and sand toys in the solid white door adjacent to the front glass entry door. There is a charcoal grill available for all guest to use in the yard.
