This apartment is located on the third floor of this comfortable building with a big terrace and an incredible view. Air conditioning and heating with radiators in all rooms (optional), good internet with Wi-Fi, doorman. Small pets are welcome! The capacity is for two people in a double bed but an additional bed can be added for a third guest without additional costs. We have a wide schedule for check-in, which goes from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. To arrive at other times is possible, but it must be coordinated since it has an extra cost. The garage is available subject to availability and confirmation. The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, upon arrival with a covered parking space, elevator, and reception where you will be shown how everything works. Hot water is also gas-heated for comfort, but guests must consider an average use to avoid extra charges. You will find a comfortable sofa and the dining table in the living room, and free Wi-Fi throughout the whole property. In both bedrooms comfortable beds with several cabinets for your comfort. The integrated kitchen to the dining space has several appliances with everything you need for a great stay. Large openings in the bedroom and living room provide extra contact with the garden and the view of the horizon, with the sea in the background. The Atlántico condominium also has the following services available to guests, as well close to the building: - Doorman from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. - Front garden. - Supermarkets at two and three blocks away. - Commercial street is three blocks away with services such as Pharmacy, laundry, etc. Other aspects to highlight ARRIVAL: it is available from 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Other times are possible - an extra payment must be considered. BED LINEN: All linen is provided for the number of guests detailed in the reservation, with 1 set of towels per person. *** ATTENTION *** The apartment has an efficient heating system with air conditioning equipment in all rooms - Guests are requested to use the air conditioning equipment rationally, since energy is expensive in Uruguay, above all, turn off the equipment when leaving the apartment. Heating rate: USD 70 per week from April to June, USD 100 per week during the months of July - August, and USD 70 from September to October, which must be paid at the beginning of the stay. Near the beach, it has two nice squares two blocs long, all services you might need, cafés, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy around. Public transport is excellent and the apartment is very well located. A 15 to 20 minutes bus ride will take you to town Center or Carrasco. Ther is UBER in Montevideo, also others, taxis are frequent. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay, including cookware and tableware, daily cleaning, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, toaster, etc. As for the finishes, they are first class, with solid bamboo wood floors, double PVC glass windows, roller blackout blinds, and screens in the bedrooms, the bathrooms are complete with WC, bidet, and shower (both bathrooms). The closets are spacious, with wooden hangers, shelves, and mirrored doors.
