(try finding US English language stations even in the hotels) . Your condo is setup and fully equipped for every need with a fully equipped new kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, hair dryers in each bathroom, along with soap, shampoo & conditioner. The master suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a choice of 2 single beds or 1 king bed. We are located at the Medano Beach resort area at the edge of town which is lively but SAFE. You can see the beach from the condo and is a short 5min walk. Medano Beach is THE famous beach, a swimmable beach, that has all the beach activities you could ask for: jet skis, kayaks, parasailing, SU paddle boards, water taxis. This is a busy resort area of Cabo, not one of the sleepy resorts in the corridor. Happy Hour lasts from noon to 7pm at several of the beachfront cafes! This is a lively environment with lots to do. most of the restaurants and shops are within a 10-15 minute walk or a short taxi ride. Taxis are just outside the gate and our security people are delighted to hail a taxi for you. We have a book in the condo with list of activities, restaurants and sights. Due to Covid-19 we have enhanced our cleaning and sanitizing procedures and as such may not be able to have early check-in. Please bring your masks since masks are required in all public areas as well as stores and restaurants. We offer contactless check upon request. The Cabo area is in a severe draught and there may be times water is off for several hours. We ask our guests to conserve water (and pray for rain).
