Our place has a great balcony view of the lake and the pool. We have the Palmas Del Mar beach access. The apartment is nicely furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped. New refrigerator. The bedrooms and living room all have TVs. Living room has a 75 inch TV. Palmas Del Mar has two beautiful championship golf courses. We are on the 2nd floor and one of the few places in Palmas Del Mar with elevators. There are 2 parking spots on this 24 hours gated community. You can get around by car or you can rent a golf cart if you just want to just stay around Palmas Del Mar vicinity. I believe they can be rent for about $35 & up per day. The rental place is located right in Palmas de Mar inside the Club Cala resort. This is about 5 minutes from the condo.
