This is an oceanfront condo that offers 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and is located on the third floor.  Gorgeous views of the ocean and common area!
The unit has been nicely upgraded and includes all the amenities for a comfortable stay.  Tropical colors and décor provide a relaxing atmosphere – perfect spot to come home to after a day of exploration.  The living area includes floor to ceiling windows to take in the ocean view and offers a sofa sleeper so that unit can accommodate up to 6 guests.   Master bedroom contains a King bed & includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There’s an additional bedroom with a Queen bed which has access to a shared bath, also with a walk-in shower.  Unit includes free WIFI and a full size front load washer and dryer.
Sea Village, an environmentally-respecting development of four buildings (none higher than 3 stories) features an absolute ocean front pool and spa with incredible views of Kailua Kona! There are four gas barbecues with picnic tables adjacent to the pool, and the grounds are meticulously maintained!  
The Kailua-Kona historical village is a short walk from the Sea Village and is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water’s edge. There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach. This smoke free property provides access to a host of Kona Coffee blends, bagels, croissants and pastries at the on-site Green Flash Coffee Shop.

About the Host

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island. Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
