A comfortable and delightful condo with one big bedroom (King bed); living room with full sofa bed and gas fireplace; complete kitchen with gas oven range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven. Ground floor unit, wheelchair accessible, handicap bathroom and shower. Guests may access the on-site hot tub via key from resort front desk. Host is available via cell phone and text to answer questions regarding the unit. Pacific Plaza Resort is in Oceano, approximately 2.4 miles south of Pismo Beach. Beach access is one block west of the condo complex, ~7 minute walk. Pismo Beach South State Park is located across the street. There is sometimes heavy traffic at certain times during peak summer season on the main road (Pier Avenue) to the complex. You may also experience occasional airplane noise during the day. My condo is in the PACIFIC PLAZA RESORT complex, close to Oceano airport and Oceano Dunes. Oceano is ~ 2 miles south of downtown Pismo Beach. Pier Avenue provides direct access to the beach and Oceano Dunes. Currently vehicles are allowed on the beach, and Pier Avenue can become very busy with beach traffic, especially during the summer. Some guests may find this inconvenient. The complex provides free WIFI service.
