Renovated in Summer 2018, the Casita comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children). It offers many living areas for rest, relaxation, and entertainment, including a covered outdoor living area , an exterior terrace, and an interior living area (equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV), plus a studio office (equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV). The two air conditioned bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 4 adults. Two children can sleep in single beds located in the studio/office OR on trundle beds in the Guest Bedroom. The Casita has a fully equipped kitchen and covered dinning area, with seating for eight. Our Casita offers the ideal condition for relaxation and privacy, where you will enjoy the 'unmatched Careyes lifestyle'. Entire Casita is accessible. There are no shared spaces. Upon confirmation, we will provide our guests with detailed information on the arrival and departure process, as well as recommendations on things to do and see. Casitas de las Flores is located on possibly the most beautiful and quiet bay of Mexico's gloriously unspoiled Pacific coast between Manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta. The Casita La Florida Quinientos Doce, framing beautiful landscapes in a combination of Mexican and Mediterranean architecture, is attractively furnished with a breathtaking panoramic ocean view. Costa Careyes is a world famous residential resort, known for its uniquely designed villas, fiestas, and ecological awareness. Warm and dry during the day and cool at night from November to June. Beautiful and moderate rainy season from July to October. Just a few stairs down from the Casita, through a scenic bougainvillea-lined path, you will reach Playa Rosa, the resort beach with its “al fresco” restaurant. Kayaks, stand up paddle boards, massage services, and boat rentals available (speak with the Restaurant Manager for fees, etc.). There is also direct access via a short foot path from the Casita to the adjoining Condo Resort, El Careyes, where Casita guests can take advantage of the property's pools for USD $20/person/day, in addition to having access to their "Dunes" restaurant. Yoga and Pilates classes can also be arranged there. The Casitas are at close driving proximity to naturally pristine beaches (with turtle watching excursions), polo fields, horse back riding, canoe expeditions in lagoons, and a local village with a Health Clinic, ATM, sundry shop and boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and cultural programming. Golfing is also available 45 minutes south at El Tamarindo Resort. American Airlines is the best option into Puerto Vallarta from US hubs and Alaska Air is a great option from Western US and Canada. Followed by a 3.5 hour drive in Jalisco on a scenic portion of the Pacifico 200 through mountains and agave plantations. Manzanillo Airport is best option if traveling within Mexico, with a 1.5 hour drive north on the Pacifico 200 We prefer to limit the occupancy to 4 adults and 2 children. The Casita's nightly price is based on 4 adult guests. A USD $175 nightly fee will be charged for any additional guests (for example, 2 children) with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests total. The USD $70 cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the Casita after departure, in addition to the cleaning of the Casita during your stay (towels changed every 3 days and bed linens changed every 7 days). Additional towel and bed linen changes will incur laundry fees, coordinated directly with the Housekeeper and paid directly in cash (Mexican Pesos). Additional cleaning and cooking services can be arranged (based on availability) prior to arrival at a cost of USD$45 / daypayable in $900 Mexican Pesos per day (5 hours of service)@ $45 USD $45/day, (payable in $900 Mexican Pesos in cash) directly to the Housekeeper. Cost of groceries purchased by our Housekeeper needs to be paid in advance directly to her in cash (Mexican Pesos). Personal laundry services available upon request payable directly to the Housekeeper in cash (Mexican Pesos). It's important to get Mexican Pesos in cash upon arrival at the airport if you plan on using the additional services listed above. A crib can be obtained for an additional charge of USD $25 with advanced notice.
