Every evening you benefit from a superb sunset. This villa bottom is located on the outskirts of the municipalities of Sainte-Luce, Rivière-Salée, Rivière-Pilote and 9 km from the beach, not far from other tourist municipalities and main roads allowing you to access the different municipalities of the island. The property is closed. You will feel safe there. Sainte-Luce is one of the tourist towns in the South of Martinique (diving, forest walks, jet ski, fishermen, walking, restaurants by the water, beautiful beaches ..) next to:   - The Diamond renowned for its rock with a viewpoint   - Rivière-Pilote (La Mauny distillery)   - Le Marin with its nautical club   - Les Trois-Îlets its marina, golf course, etc... - Sainte-Anne with its white sand beaches that make you dream   - And major roads that serve the island from North to South.
