This adorable bungalow is a newly built 1 bedroom, 1 bath house 5 minutes to all the best Soufriere has to offer - white sand & black sand beaches, plenty of shopping, restaurants & bars, churches, waterfalls and great night life where you can begin with the sunset. Enjoy your morning coffee or that last glass of wine of the day on the porch, listening to the flow of the river. There's always a cool tropical breeze blowing at River Breeze Villa, where we are waiting to welcome you to St. Lucia! Our villa is a newly built house, and was a vision of mind brought to life with the intention of providing a place for guests to relax and enjoy our beautiful island! The seating area and kitchen are open concept, and features comfy seating along with a new flat screen cable TV. A fully stocked kitchen means that you can cook at home whenever you want to. We provide coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, oil, spices along with pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups and glasses. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee pot. The bedroom has a new 10 inch mattress along with plenty of storage for your belongings, and fresh linen on the bed. The bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, body wash and toothpaste in case you forget anything. We can't wait to extend our warmth from our home to you. The entire house and yard are both available to you. There is parking in front of the house if you choose to rent a car while you are here. My wife and I live next door to the villa, and are available to answer any questions you may have, or provide advice for things to do, and places to go. Our neighborhood is quite beautiful and open, everyone actually knows everybody, very safe, and a 5 minute walk to the beach and town. Our listing is located in the heart of Soufriere town, and parking is available near the house. Everything is walking distance: supermarket, sports bar, the newly rebuilt beach is a 5 minute walk and the banks are also available if you need to go the ATM. It's sometimes best to hire a taxi to take you around St. Lucia where you can go to the volcano, the Botanical Gardens(waterfalls) or if you want to go to the city where there are tourist attractions. We can provide you with a trust worthy driver. I am happy to pick you up from the airport if you let me know ahead of time.
