There isn't a better way to start your vacation day at the famous Beach Village community in Palmas Del Mar. The condo is the end unit on the second level. Wi-Fi, SmartTV w/Cable, Washer/dryer, Central A/C, and Pool Pass also included! All new kitchen appliances for your enjoyment! Details below! Bedroom: The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen Smart TV on the wall for streaming and/or cable tv which comes with the unit. The large windows allow for a gorgeous view of the golf course and the ocean. There's a door that leads to the balcony from the master bedroom which is really convenient! There is a good sized closet for hanging up clothes or storing belongings. Other Sleeping options: How can we sleep 6 people in a one bedroom? Each new sofa in the unit converts into a pull out sofa bed, with the main sofa turning into a queen size bed for two people, and the two "oversized chairs" turning into twin pull out beds. **PLEASE NOTE**: There will be an additional fee for bookings over FOUR guests. Towels, Linens, and any extra amenities will only based on the number of guests specified at time of booking. Also, while we do accept pets, there will be an additional pet fee of $100 for the stay. Any violation of the rules will result in immediate eviction of the unit without a refund. Living Room: When the sofa and chairs are not being used to sleep, you find yourself in a very cozy and comfortable area with a second flat screen Smart TV also equipped with cable. The unit also has WiFi for any internet needs. There is a beautiful view of the ocean out of the living room window and a second door that leads to the balcony. Kitchen: Equipped with all new appliances, the kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in. There is a new electric stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, and a microwave. We have also included a Keurig for those coffee fanatics! We have an island with 4 high chairs for your use. All dishes, glassware, silverware and cookware are included. Bathroom: The unit comes with 1.5 bathrooms complete with towels and hairdryers. The main bathroom with shower is located on the lower level of the unit. The half bathroom located on the upper level (entrance area) also includes the laundry room with a full washer and dryer (Note: Laundry detergent is NOT provided for guests due to any possible allergic ingredients that any specific detergent may have). There will also be a Iron with ironing board provided. Balcony Area: It's the most popular area of the unit! The balcony has a high bar table with four chairs where you can sit and watch players play a hole on the golf course or stare out to the ocean and see the island of Vieques while enjoying your tropical drinks! (Catching the morning sunrise with a good cup of coffee is highly recommended!) Access to the pool: Guests who stay at the unit have access to the Beach Village pool which is only steps away. We will leave our wristband that has a key fob for entry access. Several beach towels are provided. -Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. The minute we walked into Beach Village # 188 for our first walkthrough, we knew it was the one! We looked into several other units throughout the week of our honeymoon, but the golf course AND ocean view combo is rare, and it gave us exactly what we were looking for. All you have to do is go down the stairs and turn left to the beach or turn right to walk directly to the pool. It doesn't get any better than that! There is tons to do at Palmas. Every time we visit, we find a new hiking trail, biking route, gorgeous views or another great place to eat! Once you confirm your booking, I will be supplying you with your own guest book that will detail all the restaurants, hiking trails, walking paths, and more suggestions to make sure your stay is a memorable one! Guest have full access to the unit. Guests will also have access to the Beach Village Pool and direct access to the beach. While I am not on property, I will be readily available for any questions and concerns throughout your entire stay. I want your visit to Beach Village and Palmas Del Mar to be an amazing experience as it was for my wife and I during our honeymoon which was our first time there. Palmas Del mar is a short drive to El Yunque Rain forest and Roosevelt Roads ferry terminal for Culebra and/or Vieques Island day trips!
