Oceanfront property that has been extensively renovated for the 2020 season with walls of glass, new bathrooms and large deck with private horizon pool. Located on the Golden Mile with ocean views from almost every room. Church Bay and highly regarded restaurants all within walking distance. All the major beaches and more restaurants are within a couple of miles of the property. For large groups (8) this can be combined with our Contemporary Oceanfront Apt just up the road (1m). It’s a lovely tranquil spot overlooking the ocean. A bright, open plan interior with a contemporary finish. All modern conveniences including Sonos multi-room sound system and nespresso facilities. From the main living space there are larger sliding doors opening to the deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pan, plates, serving dishes etc. and includes a dishwasher, washer & dryer and a BBQ grill ideal for lazy summer evenings. The property is three bed with three bathrooms, the bathrooms are all en-suite.The third bedroom can either be configured as a king or with two singles (please advise preference). By North American standards the space is efficient but the layout works well with an open plan living fining room (24x14), Master Bedroom (14x14), bedroom 2 & 3 (12x12) There is a large flat screen TV with cable TV and AppleTV/Netflix for those that prefer to stream ! The villa is in a fantastic location adjacent to The Reefs, one of Bermuda’s top hotels. The highly regarded Church Bay, well known for snorkeling, is about a 400yd walk and the popular beaches of Horseshoe Bay, Chaplin Bay and Jobson’s cove are all with a couple of miles. The property is well served with restaurants with Coconuts (The Reefs), Aqua Terra (The Reefs), Henry VIII’s, The Dining Room, Hamilton Princess Beach Club and the restaurants of the Fairmont Southampton are all within walking distance. The property has great transportation options: Located at the property are three charge points for the new Twizy rental cars, there is a scooter rental shop across the street, the #7 bus stop is close by and there is a taxi rank at The Reefs hotel. The property is standalone, and guests have sole access to all areas of the property. We live about a mile up the road and are available to help and assist as needed. We want to ensure you get the most out of your stay so would encourage you to reach out to us with any questions whether via phone or email. We enjoy social interactions with our guests, meeting folks from all over the world is one of the perks of the job. We however also recognise that guests may prefer space so we will typically leave it up to them to make contact. The villa is in a fantastic location in the heart of the main tourist district for Bermuda. The villa is adjacent to The Reefs, one of Bermuda’s top hotels. The highly regarded Church Bay beach and park well known for snorkeling is about a 400yd walk and the popular beaches of Horseshoe Bay, Chaplin Bay and Jobson’s cove are all with a couple of miles. The property is well served with restaurants with Coconuts (The Reefs), Ocean Echo (The Reefs), Henry VIII’s, The Dining Room, Hamilton Princess Beach Club and the restaurants of the Fairmont Southampton are all within walking distance. The property has great transportation options. Located at the property are a couple of charge points for the new Twizy rental cars, there is a scooter rental shop across the street, the #7 bus stop is within 50yds of the property and there is a taxi rank at The Reefs hotel. At the end of the garden are cliffs down to the ocean. The areas is securely fenced but for our own peace of mind we do not accept young children. The property is located on a quiet lane adjacent to South Shore road. The property is quiet however infrequently there may be noise from some passing traffic.
