This homey studio is in Princeville Kauai on the Makai Golf Course. Golfing, Hiking, Surfing, Snorkeling all close by. Sparkling Pool, Hot Tub and 2 nice BBQ's, cable & WiFi. Affordable, comfortable, complete. Short drive to amazing beaches as well as the wonderful town of Hanalei! Please read our non bias guest reviews. They will give you an idea and feel of what we have to offer. TA-045-965-5168-01 Gianna's place is a sweet clean studio unit with a king size bed, full bathroom, and fully functional kitchenette. It is perfect for anyone who wants to experience a more local vibe & affordability while staying in the luxury destination location of Princeville. While in Gianna's place you will have full use of the sparkling pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. There is also a big lawn outside the pool where kids can play. Princeville has a community center and playground a mile from the condo. The unit is a studio with a 10x10 lanai which makes for a spacious feel. The table and kitchenette area are also found on the lanai. "Gianna's Place" is the Lockout to another listing called "Princeville” These two units are adjoining so if you have more people you could rent them both and sleep 6-8. Check it out. I also have an on island manager that loves to help the guests as needed. Princeville has a conveniently located shopping center, just a mile away from the condo,with many restaurants, a post office, grocery store, gas station and stores selling fun local wares. Our condo is right across the street from the Makai Golf Course. Princeville also is home of the famous One resortwhere you are welcome to go to the beach, have poolside pupu's and drinks, or enjoy the most beautiful views. Hanalei Bay resort is also a favorite for Sunset drinks. The Tiki Iniki is one of our favorite places for cocktails nice food located in the Princeville Shopping Center. There are also a few nice restaurants in Princeville at the One Hotel. Hideaways Pizza is quite close by too. B’s is really nice. We could fill a week with fun without leaving Princeville, but there is so much more to do and see close by on the North Shore from Kilauea to Haena. If you love the great outdoors you will not be disappointed!! The Sandpiper is also close to many attractions such as the famous Queen's Bath (cover photo, be very careful when visiting, if it is closed off don't go, and with any ocean activity, If in doubt, don't go out!), Hideaways, Sealodge, Kalihiwai Bay, Secrets, Anini Beach Park, Hanalei Bay, Ke'e Beach, Tunnels, Lumahai or Kahalohalo Beach and many many more! Princeville is a lovely area for vacation. It is close to many beautiful things to do such as hiking, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, golfing, relaxing, and much more. I highly recommend you rent a car to get around however their are many places that you can walk to from the condo. Again, Queens Bath, Hideaways, the beautiful Anini beach and the lovely Hanalei Bay are all close by. The Sandpiper is a great place to stay, the sparkling pool and jaccuzzi are cleaned daily. There are 2 BBQ's fully equipped and ready to go, from propane to BBQ utensils. The complex is family friendly with local Aloha welcoming. While your in the condo there will be a parking pass for you to use that is for any unmarked space. Please hand it in your car for the duration of your stay. If parking is tight you can park on the grass areas inside the lot. Please return the pass to the unit when you leave. Lost passes cost $50. Please make sure all garbage is taken out daily and especially that all garbage is taken out when you leave. The tropics are wonderful but bugs can be a problem if garbage is left unattended. Thank you ahead of time for this consideration. Our neighbors are local residents and you will be living in a condo where families live as well as vacationers stay. Please be aware that some of the units have children and there can be toys, camping gear and such about. You may also see porches full of shoes as it is custom to not wear shoes in doors!
