A restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. The condo has a beach that is for the exclusive use of guests and owners staying in condo building. Beach towels are available in the condo. If you need loungers and/or umbrellas for the beach they are available upon request from the hotel beach staff. Food & beverage service are available from Maramao Restaurant staff on the beach. Rental of bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards are available nearby. There is also a dive shop located next door. Cell phone service is provided by Telcel. Also you can use apps for calling and texting using WiFi without any trouble. Access to entire Condo including rooftop terrace, beach, parking lot and ground floor restaurant. Host/hostess will meet up with you, on a date and hour previously arranged, to give you the keys when you arrive and also to pick them up when you leave. There is a $15/hr late checkout fee unless late checkout is approved in advance. Mahahual (Ma-ha-wahl) is a small fishing village far south in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, located in an area known as Costa Maya. Among other things, the town stands out for its barrier reef, the second largest after the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. It is a declared environmental protected area. Here you can have fun doing water activities such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, sport fishing or bird watching. You can also do off-road cycling, between the sea and the mangrove, along the road that leads from Mahahual to Xcalak. One of the other things that you can do is visit the magical town of Bacalar or the various Mayan archaeological sites nearby. Or if you prefer, just relax on its tranquil beaches drinking a margarita or a piña colada. In Mahahual almost everything is within walking distance, but you can rent a bike in a close-by shop or rent a golf cart if you prefer. We can also provide a trusted taxi driver's number in case you need it. If coming by vehicle, don't worry, you can park it on the ground floor of the building. Changes to Check In or Check Out times must be approved in advance.
