The additional upstairs bathroom also has its own full bath. If cooking is not your thing, restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. Water toys included in your rental are a paddle board and a kayak. Enjoy the view and the special amenities this home offers! Our back porch actually sits over the lake. We are ON the lake! No limits, the home is open. As often as they wish by text or phone. John grew up on this lake and is a master guide on the lake, which includes its history, guided fishing tours or diving the lake. He is open to guided tours for a fee he will let you know. He knows everything there is to know about this wonderful place. You don't want to miss this guys knowledge and enthusiasm about Lake Martin. We do have other neighbors and we want them to stay our friends so simply put, please be good neighbors. None This place has truly been a haven for us. We still try to come as often as possible. You are welcome to use food items if you see something we have that you forgot. We are very firm, however, on our no pet policy. No need to ask if you can bring yours...please. The 2 boat slips are available as are the paddle board and kayak. Mostly, relax and enjoy! Also, you should be aware that during the winter months the lake level is low. I have just discovered an incredible app “Lake Martin Voice”. It has so much great info on the Lake with things to do and places to go. Free as well. Highly recommend it.
