Cozy Cottage by the Springs
Cozy two bedroom cottage located north of Orlando on a tucked away dirt road. Directly across from Wekiva State Park with natural springs, canoeing, bike trails, camping and picnic facilities and tubing at Rock Springs Park. 10 min drive from Kings Landing. Near shopping centers, restaurants, bowling alley and theater. We are happy to say we now have county treated water! County water project coming to a close. Please excuse construction material and debris in front of main road. Queen bed in Master bedroom and a twin trundle bed that converts to a king in second bedroom. Ample parking for recreational vehicles such as a boat or camper. TV with wifi and roku. Central air and heat. Washer/Dryer available for use at extra charge with detergent. Car port not available to guests. Brita filter for drinking water in the fridge. The cottage is back to back with the state park in a forestry area with wildlife. I will be available by phone throughout stay. Known to be a very safe area. 2 miles from Publix Grocery Store. Backs up to beautiful Wekiva State Park and very close to Rock Springs and Kings Landing. On dirt road. Deer and wildlife sighting are common. Near well established neighborhoods great for bike riding. There are many restaurants nearby including chain options (Chipolte, Keke's Cafe, Sonny's BBQ, Hurricanes etc.) as well as locally owned restaurants (ie. American, Chinese, Cuban, and Mexican). Guests should have their own transportation as public transportation is not readily available. Less than a 3 minute drive from Wekiva State Park entrance. 10-15 min drive from Kings Landing Emerald Cut. 10 min drive to Rock Springs. Easy Access to the main roads and highways. 45 min from Disney Parks. Approx. 1 hour to Orlando International Airport. Under an hour to east coast beaches (New Symrna, Daytona Beach). We are happy to say we now have county treated water! There is no longer a sulfuric smell to the water. County water project coming to a close.
