Water Front Home!! This 1280 sq ft home is located 50’ off of Otsego Lake with 50’ of water frontage. You can sit on the front deck and watch the beautiful sunsets or around the fire pit located on the grassy area near the water. There is a dock for a boat, jet ski or to fish off of. This home is located just minutes off of I-75 and close to restaurants/ bars and a close drive to down town. Located next to the new bike trail that can take you Downtown or to the south end of the lake. We are always updating things around the home. We now DO supply bedding, pillows and linens including sheets, comforters, pillow cases, 8 towels, 8 wash clothes, 8 hand towels, a kitchen dish rag and hand towel for your entire stay. There are 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each. There is a Full futon and a Twin pull out couch in the living room. We also have a sun room on the front of the home overlooking the lake which has a Full futon. We do supply some paper towel and toilet paper. We have a full kitchen with all the utensils but if you think we are missing some thing that you need please let us know. We may have one available nearby and in some cases we will go out and buy it just so you have it while you are here. We just want you to feel comfortable, clean, and safe stay here all the while having a fun and relaxing time. There is 50’ of beach access along with a dock to fish off of or, tie your boat to. There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers. I am always accessible by cell phone and if needed I can be there in person. If I can’t be there I’ll have someone who can be. At check-in I would like to meet you at the home to show the property and the great amenities we have available that may not be on this Airbnb page, we are always adding more for your enjoyment, also I can answer any questions you have in person. Besides for being right on the water, we have 2 bar/ restaurants with in walking distance. There is also a newly installed bike/walking path that runs hundreds of miles in either direction. We like to take bike rides north into town and south to the state park. There is a marina that rents boats just across the street along with a couple of other places near by. Best ways to get into town is by a vehicle but you can take a bike ride on the bike path. You can walk across the street to 2 bar/ restaurants and there is also a marina in walking distance. We do not have cable tv, but we do have internet and a DVD player along with a smart tv that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, or Netflix on or plug in your own Roku, Apple TV, or any video game system. We also have an antenna that has a few channels. As our guest, we want you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors on Otsego Lake during your stay and we offer the following for your use: • 50’ of beach area • dock • floats/rafts • fire pit, 1 stationary just off the water • propane grill (please move away from the cabin before using and shut off the propane tank after each use) • charcoal grill (charcoal not included) • picnic table • lawn chairs • corn hole • 2 paddle boats with life jackets • 4 kayaks with life jackets If any of the above items are not outdoors at the time you would like to use them, please ask and we will be happy to get them out for you. In addition, in order to help keep our quaint “resort” a great place to be: • Please do not wear soiled shoes inside the cottage. • There is NO smoking anything or vaping allowed inside the cottage. • Please do not feeding the ducks/geese, we do not want to have swimmers itch in this lake. • Please do not flush anything but toilet paper (we supply one roll for ever 2 days) and your own waste down the toilet, we are on a sensitive septic system. We strive to maintain a sanitary “home” for our guests and we sincerely thank you for helping us to do so! • Each cottage is equipped with coffee makers and coffee, creamer, and sugar – please help yourself and enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset (they are magnificent here!).
