Our home is located in a quiet, working class neighborhood in E. Memphis. The homes on our street are modest and some are more worn down than others. We have been hosting for > 1 year and have had 0 safety issues. However, if you prefer to stay in a nicer/more established neighborhood, my place might not be a great fit. Our place was recently completely renovated with all new everything. It is a perfect place for larger groups traveling on a budget who don't want to sacrifice comfort or convenience! You will have access to the entire home as well as the driveway and front yard. This property contains an in-law suite apartment in the backyard (similar to a duplex). This unit is completely separate/private from the Airbnb and is currently rented out exclusively to traveling working professionals. You may see the tenant on the property (driveway, backyard, etc. ). We ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum and remain courteous of each other at all times. *To respect the privacy of the tenant in the back unit, we do ask that guests not access the backyard unless necessary (taking out trash, tending to pets, etc.). Our place is in a quiet working class neighborhood in East Memphis. The best part about our location is easy access to I 240E which connects you to all Memphis has to offer in less than 20 minutes. Memphis is best explored by car. Uber, Lyft, and Turo are all available.
