We share the spacious common areas between the three houses but with total independence. We share the pool and beach access with the house adjacent to ours. Las Pocitas es el lugar donde familias y grupos adultos de amigos suelen alquilar por la tranquilidad de la zona. Nuestra casa queda exactamente en el medio de Las Pocitas, equidistante a la entrada al balneario y el inicio de Vichayito (la playa vecina). En invierno (Agosto-Octubre) es muy común ver ballenas pasar frente a la casa, sobre todo por las tardes. Es un espectáculo maravilloso. Las olas para surf están relativamente cerca. Se llama "El Point". Los jóvenes suelen ir caminando o en mototaxi. Para visitar en auto están las olas de Órganos en Punta Veleros, y mucho más al sur Cabo Blanco, Lobitos, etc. Hay muchas actividades en los alrededores, algunas requieren de movilidad (auto o moto taxi) y otras se pueden realizar a pie, en bote, etc. Cuéntanos qué tipo de vacación quisieras para ayudarte a encontrar lo que necesitas.
