Mahalo The studio is located on 14th floor , very nice view (swimming pool, canal, golf course), the studio was renovated in 2019, on the floor its laminate floor , the bathroom is tiled, huge lanai (balcony 116sqt) is also tiled with table and chairs for enjoy the nice evenings. The bedding configuration is a queen size bed and a sofa bed for two. My studio is fully furnished you will found large fridge, oven ,stove , microwaves , coffee maker ,kettle , glass , dishes,utensils, toaster,iron and board,hair dryer,bath and beach towels provided, linens provided ....... You have of course wifi , a safety box, Netflix and tv cable. You will found everything for have a great time if something missed I live on 10th floor. On the lobby you will found tour and activities operator and coffee place. You will found on 6th floor: Pool , Jacuzzi , Sauna, Fitness center( totally new with excellent equipements) , mini market ( close at midnight), laundry and barbecue for spend good evening. Security 24h. Feel always free to contact me if you need anything Located at 445 Seaside Avenue in the heart of Waikiki, it faces the Ala Wai Canal. It is only two (2) blocks to Waikiki beach and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops including Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and the Duty-Free Mall (DFS), and the grocery store is only one (1) minutes walk away. One block from Bus stops that can take you to any destination, whether you want to hike Diamond Head, Snorkel at Hanauma Bay, explore North Shore, visit the historic Pearl Harbor or go clubbing on Hotel Street in Chinatown or do more shopping at Waikele Outlets or Beautiful Ala Moana Mall. It’s only two (2) blocks from the beach. You can rent a car, a bicycle or mopeds one (1) mn. For the people who like to run in the morning or at sundown, we are across a beautiful jogging path along the canal (Ala Wai Blvd.) Parking options in case if you decide to rent a car: 1/ your stall in the building next door for $20 by day ( in / out privileges , reservation recommended). 2/ In the building $30 for 24h ( in / out privileges). 3/ along the canal it’s free and safe and the luck very important:) I recommend option 1. The price than Airbnb communicated to you before you reserve included everything ( tax, cleaning fee , electric....) no bad surprise on check in or check out.
