Located just North of downtown in "Uptown," it is only minutes away from historic Bathhouse Row, woodland trails, unique shopping, art galleries and exciting nightlife. It has driveway parking, hardwood floors, big windows, a full kitchen, and a private outdoor patio. Uptown is THE place to be and a great location for travelers wanting to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Book today! This mid-century home has a unique, private patio perfect for grilling or just relaxing with friends and family. The split-level design separates sleeping areas from common living areas. A choice of king, queen, or twin beds accommodates several sleeping arrangements. It has the conveniences of a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. a tankless water heater provides endless hot water. 5G WiFi reaches throughout the house and patio. Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the locked hallway closet and basement. Guests may park on the street, in the paved driveway, or to the left of the house in the grassy space for one vehicle. Guests may use the entire outdoor side patio area; however the adjoining upper backyard level is not ready for guest usage. It is primarily a residential neighborhood with a growing number of businesses lining Park Avenue. Among them you will find Uptown's very own coffee roastery, donut shop, weekend food truck court, iconic burger stand, barber, tattoo parlor, community theatre, costume and gift shop, preforming arts venue, convenience stores, car wash and more. Hot Springs has taxi service, Uber drivers, and a limited public bus route. Hot Springs Memorial Field Airport offers direct flights to Memphis, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas, Harrison, Arkansas and Kansas City, Missouri. Little Rock Airport is one-hour away and offers national flights to many major cities. Northwoods Nest is located within the National Park and you may encounter wildlife including the Arkansas state bird, the Mosquito. Just kidding, the state bird is the Mockingbird. Other wildlife may include raccoons, possums, armadillos, ground hogs, chipmunks, rabbits, squirrels, birds, bugs, lizards and snakes (poisonous and nonpoisonous).
