Living / Dining area with table 4 dining chairs, 1 large chair , fold out futon that sleeps 2, Wood pellet stove. am/ fm/ cd stereo w/ Bluetooth so you can stream music from your phone. Large wall mounted Flat screen tv with external HDMI and USB ports for easy and convienient connectivity of your devices ( Amazon fire stick, Chromecast, USB stick, ETC), and a Blue Ray DVD player with some assorted movies> We have good strong Cable Internet and good wi fi utilizing net gear MESH extenders ( sorry we do not have tv service). The porch has two Wood Adirondack Chairs, 2 small chairs w /tables for outside dining, coffee etc., tiki torches and solar lighting. ****NOTE**** This listing includes the one Master bedroom only with a queen bed, and a futon in the living room that sleeps 2. ******The small bedroom with Full size bed is only available if you select 5 Guests when booking, it will charge $30 extra for every guest over 4 guests so only choose five guest total and I’ll add $30 if you say six guest, I’ll add $60 which we don’t want***** The property across Calendar Brook road is my property and on it is the Calendar Brook , which you will hear running when you awaken in the morning. After a nice rain you will really hear the water rushing down the brook from the mountains. Feel free to take a hike down to the brook and enjoy nature. Enjoy delicious ice cold water from our own natural spring!! ( Its what runs out of our faucets). Mountain Biking, Hiking, Kayaking, Fishing, Skiing and Swimming, and Leaf Peeping are all at your fingertips or simply just sit back and relax on the porch and have coffee and tea or sip lemonade or an adult beverage. For you Snowmobilers we are in walking distance of the V.A.S.T. trail system. We are approximately 10 minutes from the head of the Kingdom Trails and Q-Burke Skiing in East Burke (taking scenic dirt roads) or 20 minutes traveling on main roads, about 10 minutes to Lyndon and Lyndonville which has everything you need ( drug stores, Supermarkets, restaurants, hardware, sporting goods, banks, post office, etc.). One town south of Lyndon is St. Johnsbury which has even more selection of shopping and food than Lyndon/ Lyndonville. Were about 25 minutes from Crystal lake in Barton and 35 to 40 minutes from lake Willoughby in Westmore. Calendar Brook rd is a paved road, and parking for two cars is on the property on a paved driveway. Caretaker on premise for emergencies. You are renting an apartment that is one half of a house, the owner lives in the other half during your stay. The other half of the house is NOT a rental. We are a 420 friendly household.
