El barrio Villa Urquiza es realmente lindo y tranquilo. Hay un supermercado al lado del departamento, una pintoresca plaza a dos cuadras, y una gran variedad de oferta gastronómica y vida nocturna. Hay muchas cervecerías artesanales, hamburgueserías, bares y pubs para entretenerse en familia, en pareja, o solo. Podrán deleitarse con comida árabe, japonesa, china, y diversos restaurantes de parrilada argentina, todo en la misma zona. You'll find a market right next to the apartment, a nice square 2 blocks away, and a great variety of bars, restaurants and breweries round the corner. You will have the chance to taste Arabic food, Japanese and Chinese food, as well as the delicious Argentinian Barbecue. All of them in the same neighbourhood. The best about Villa Urquiza is the combination of night life, varied gastronomic experiences, shopping opportunities and green life. In a 20-30 minute walk you can reach 4 different and huge parks (Parque Sarmiento, Parque General Paz, Parque Saavedra and Parque Carlos Mugica) which are definitely worth it.
