Scroll down for English Uma casa distinta unida por uma piscina ao meio. Essas duas casas são o fruto de uma grande história de amor dos proprietários, Lilian & Steffan, nos últimos dez anos. Eles contarão essa história com prazer, regada a algumas taças de vinho, quando você os conhecer. A paixão que eles têm por essa casa tão especial fica clara logo que você chega lá. Cada detalhe foi escolhido para inspirar relaxamento, paz e conveniência. A maioria dos eletrodomésticos são importados e os objetos de arte foram escolhidos pessoalmente pelos donos para que sejam um reflexo de sua jornada juntos. Eles têm cinco filhos, então um dos requisitos era espaço, e parte da ideia era poder dar uma folga às crianças, deixando que elas ficassem em uma das casas e os pais na outra. A piscina fica no meio das casas, também existe uma churrasqueira e uma área para cozinhar do lado de fora. Na casa temos: 3 suítes, todas com ar-condicionado: - 1 suíte com cama queen e cama full size - 2 suítes com camas king size - 1 suíte com cama queen size e sofá-cama de solteiro - 2 suítes com cama de solteiro + 2 sofás-cama de casal e 2 colchões de ar de casal Há espaço para até três carros e há também um pequeno apartamento para o caseiro. Serviços de empregada, Chef, guia turístico e motorista particular podem ser combinados à parte do custo das diárias. A limpeza diaria também é cobrada à parte. A conta d eluz é cobrada à parte e custa R$0,60/kWh. A praia chama-se Araçaípe e fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé da casa. É uma praia bem privada com poucos turistas. A maioria das pessoas que a frequenta são os proprietários locais e seus amigos/familiares e, se você andar um pouco mais vai chegar até as barracas mais chiques. Mas, a melhor parte é que se você quiser ir à outras praias tais como Pitinga, Taípe, Rio de Barra, Trancoso e Espelho, todas estão lá perto. Essa área é muito segura. Para chegar até lá pega-se a balsa de Porto Seguro até lá (são uns 10 minutos do aeroporto até a balsa, mais uns 15 minutos de balsa). Temos alarmes e câmeras de segurança na casa por via das dúvidas, embora nunca tenha acontecido algo. Se você contratar o nosso chef, é só combinar diretamente com ele o valor para as refeições e lanches estarem inclusos. O pronto-socorro mais próximo fica a uns 5 minutos de carro de distância, no centro de Arraial d’Ajuda. O maior supermercado da área fica em frente ao pronto-socorro e também tem uma padaria no caminho da praia (duas quadras de distância), então você sempre terá pães frescos. Para a sua proteção e conforto temos um sistema de cameras nas areas comuns da propriedade. A Villa united by the pool in the center. These house share a great love story that came true between the owner's Lilian & Steffan over the last ten years. They will gladly share this tale over a glass of wine when you meet them. Their passion for this unique property becomes apparent when you step inside. Every detail serves its purpose to inspire relaxation, peace and convenience. Most of the high end appliances have been shipped here from overseas and all the art is hand picked by the couple to represent their journey together. They have five children so the biggest requirement was space and part of the idea is that the kids can stay in one house and the parents in the other (to give the kids a break from their parents of course). Between the two villas there is a Pool and a BBQ/Outdoor kitchen area for your social gatherings. The privately enclosed driveway easily fits 3 cars and there is a small studio for the caretaker of the property. Maid service, daily house cleaning, private chef, tour guide and personal drivers are available by request and are charged separately. The electric bill is paid separately at BRL 0.60/kWh. The Beach is called Praia do Araçaípe and its less then a 5minute walk from our Villa. Its a very private Beach with very few tourists. Most of the people you meet on the beach are the local property owners and their friends and if you walk 50 meters north you reach the high end Barracas (Beach clubs). But the best part is that if you get bored of secluded Praia do Araçaípe you have the best rated beaches in Brazil including Pitinga, Taipe, Rio de Barra, Trancoso and Espelho within close reach. The area is very Safe since you have to take a ferry across the river from the largest city called Porto Seguro which has some less safe areas. Our Villa also has an Alarm and security cameras just to make our guests feel safe even though there has never been any issues with any of our neighbors in the area. The closest Emergency room is about 5 minutes drive from our Villa up in the center of Arraial D'ajuda. All meals including snacks are included if you choose to hire our personal chef. The biggest supermarket happens to be right across the street from the emergency room so that' s also very convenient. Another convenience is that there is a bakery on the way to the beach (about 2 blocks away) so you will always have fresh bread and pastries at your disposal. For your safety and comfort we have a camera security system on the common areas of the property in garden and in the gates facing the entrance of the house.
