The building houses 4 apartments. 2 are located on the top floor and require the guest to access their apartments through a shared private door then up a flight of stairs where they then branch off into their private apartments. The other 2 are located on the 1st floor and have separate entrance and exits. All apartments are self-contained, fully air-conditioned units and each dwelling contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The front apartments face the Public Road. The property is completely secure with high fences. Additionally, washers and dryers are available for each tenant usage. We're very much interactive and cater to all our guest needs which is always little to none since all of the information necessary is provided on and prior to check-in. However, our number is always made available to each guest. Golden Grove is considered a little town by itself. It has all the required necessities. A supermarket located 2 minutes walking distance away from the property, local clubs and bars within a 2 minutes drive, a Hospital, Police Station and Fire Station at least 5-10 minutes driving distance away as well as several Pharmacies with on call Doctors. Additionally, it's 15 minutes outside of Georgetown, 10 minutes away from the Stadium and 25 minutes away from the airport. The property is located on the public road and as such has no shortage of public transportation. Additionally, they're multiple taxi services in the area. In cases of power outages there is a backup generator that supplies power the building
