The Villa stands in a large, lush garden, enclosed with a privacy fence . A size-able deck with 24ft x 12ft pool (unfenced) has sun loungers, chairs, an outdoor shower and is just steps away from the House. From the Veranda and the Pool Area, you have breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the entrance and entirety of Falmouth Harbour, including Pigeon Beach and the local Marinas. This is the perfect position to view the comings and goings of the countless Super Yachts that call Antigua their seasonal base. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed with en suite bathroom, recently renovated with his and hers washbasins & walk in shower room . The Second Bedroom with a sea view has an American Queen-sized bed and a Single bed. Newly renovated bathroom located just across the hall way . The Third Bedroom has two Antique Double beds. Ensuite bathroom recently added . All beds have mosquito nets, all windows have screens, and the Master Bedroom has its own Private Terrace, sheltered from the sun and overlooking the Pool. The interior decor of oatmeal and white, accented by Caribbean blue perfectly complements the home's combination of contemporary and antique furniture. The Living Room, whose windows capture the bright sunshine has a large, flat-screen TV, accompanied by Cable TV channels. A Bose docking station is available to use with iPhone 5 & iPod . WIFI internet access is included and there is an automatic backup generator in case of a power cut. There is a laundry room with washing machine and antique 'dolly' drying rack, from which your clothes will dry in the Caribbean breeze! A maid will come weekly, which is included in the price. If you require more days or a local Cook to make your stay extra-special, this can be arranged. The 3 bedrooms have the latest Mitsibishi air con units installed . There is also a separate one-bedroom cottage which may be rented along with the Villa, giving an option for an extra 3-4 people to sleep. Neighborhood is on a peninsula & very quiet & breezy . Not much traffic at all ,so safe for children . Parking is right outside of the villa . Several minutes drive takes you to the main road where bus stops are located
