Our second room is equipped with a Twin/Full Bunkbed and Wi-Fi. Our family room is equipped with two Queen size sofa-bed for the extra sleep space. The family room includes amenities such as a Full HD 60” LCD Flat Television, Wi-Fi, Roku (with channels such as Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu among many others), and Sound System. All of our sleeping areas are air conditioned making it perfect for a family getaway or a business stay in the heart of the Caribbean. The Villa has a spectacular view of the golf course (Ocean Course Hole #9). It has a cross ventilated layout which makes it ideal for enjoying the breathtaking tropical scenery from the outdoor terrace. Our amenities includes direct access to private beach and residents Pool. On top of this, our Villa is equipped with a automated Emergency Energy Backup system should any power outage arise, you will still enjoy the Villa amenities without interruption! The Villa has a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances. A BBQ Grill is included for your use at the open terrace. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Our new Golf Cart in included for the duration of your stay. A secluded Pool with direct access to the beach is also accessible for our Villa Guest in the west corner of the Rio Mar complex. Located just in front of the Ocean Golf Course (Hole #9) our guest enjoys the breathtaking view of the course during the day and the relaxing time during the night making it perfect for Golf lovers as well. It also has direct access to the course with our private staircase access from the Terrace.
