Just 5 minutes from Ruoff Music Center. 25 min from Downtown Indianapolis, 20 min from Grand Park in Westfield, 30 min to Indy 500 track and 45 min to the Indy airport. Right next to plenty of local shopping, dining and activities in Fishers! I realize the house says "shared" but typically I am not in the home, although there are certain days that I need to for sleeping purposes only. I will never be hanging out or sharing common areas with guests. My personal bedroom and office are never part of the rental whether I am there or not. Compared to other area homes, you are getting way more for your money with respect to square footage, amenities, comfort and location. There are three levels with a finished basement. Home is super clean and very well appointed with modern new appliances and furnishings. The 3 bedrooms have Roku TV and queen beds. Additionally, there are 2 new premium queen and king air mattresses. The air mattresses are calculated in the total 5 beds, with 3 large L shape couches throughout the home that can be used for sleeping should you choose. Please note that if you have to use more than the 3 bedrooms for sleeping space, that you will be sleeping in open common areas of the home, for example, the living room, so your level of privacy in common areas will be less. At this time, having guests in the home that are not part of your reservation is not permitted. If you violate this, your stay will be ended without refund. All check-in are verified either by the host at check-in or via external video. In the event that additional guests are approved, there will be additional charges. The bar space is available to use as a space, however no drinks are included. Generally the host is not present unless it is a younger group or my presence is requested. The host has a private living area of the home that is never rented or shared. Fishers has one of the lowest crime rates in Indiana. The city is consistently chosen as one of the top places to live in the U.S. and this neighborhood in particular is very clean, quiet and upscale. This location is 2 minutes off of interstate 69 and just 25 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. 35 minutes from the Indy 500 track and 45 minutes from the airport. Shopping, dinning and entertainment are just minutes away, both in Fishers or in Indianapolis. UBER is available in the area and is a great way to get around Indy. Ruoff Music Center is 5 minutes away and Grand park is 20 minutes from the property. This is a smoke free property, no smoking is permitted at this property inside or out, this includes vaping. If this is violated, the stay will be ended immediately without refund. There are no weapons allowed on this property unless you are a sworn documented member of law enforcement. Please be aware that the use of the outside grounds stops at 11 P.M. due to noise restrictions. If this is violated, the stay will be ended immediately without refund. Unless otherwise contracted, food and drinks are not provided. The property has exterior security monitoring. This footage is only used for the security of guests and their vehicles and to verify the number of guests staying at the property. There is also video monitoring specifically looking at the alcohol in the bar area. There is plenty of street parking, although most guests are able to park in the garage/driveway.
