This is 3 bedroom/2 bathroom chalet style house, located 1.5 min walk from the secluded beach. Our beach is great for swimming and it feels like your own private oasis. Our Property Manager will pick you up at the airport. The house is in Grand Turk, not in Provo. Grand Turk is the capital island of the Turks and Caicos, but is smaller and less developed island than Provo. All international flights fly to Provo (PLS) and you need to take short, panoramic flight from Provo to Grand Turk. As seen in the photos, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A loft with king bed and bathroom is on the upper level and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom are on the main level. A main level has open concept, kitchen, dinning room and living room. Kitchen is updated in 2018 with new range and dishwasher. With all windows you almost feel that you are outside, but mature tree in a backyard keeps the living space very comfortable. House is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, master bedroom and in each bedroom. New air conditioner in 2018 in one of the bedrooms. Ceiling fans around the house and the mature tree in the backyard makes the house comfortable without the use of the AC, except maybe in hot summer months. There is a new deck built in 2017, 2 "zero gravity" chairs, hammock, bench and coffee table are added. In 2018, we added a roped fence. A washing machine and an outside line for drying are provided. 2 bicycles and 3 beach chairs are included in the rental price. The house is close to the beach, where a beautiful mature Casuarina tree is waiting for you. If you had been in a resort, you would likely be further away from the beach. Every evening enjoy beautiful sunsets since "our" beach is on the west side of the island. The house is nestled on the quiet island of Grand Turk, not in Providenciales, known as Provo. Grand Turk is the capital island of the Turks and Caicos and offers world class snorkeling, fishing, diving, swimming, horseback riding, swimming with the sting-rays, spa treatments and most of all relaxation. The island is best known for it's spectacular wall for scuba diving! Guests will have access to whole house. Property manager will be available for help. If you are a diver or you want to become a diver, diving here is spectacular. Grand Turk Wall and reef is the 3rd largest in the world. All dive sites are very close, so boat rides out are brief. Snorkeling from the shore is not great, there is no live coral, but you can see some colorful tropical fish around ancient coral shelves. There are few snorkeling spots on our beach, on both sides of a jetty, and on Cockburn Town Beach. Weathered shelves and gullies; line much of Cockburn Town beach shore. Snorkeling close to Sandbar Restaurant is probably the best in this area. Whale watching from January to April is unbelievable. There are many options depending on your needs and wants. There are 2 our bicycles as explained above for you to borrow to explore the island. More bicycles can be rented from Grand Turk Diving shop. Some visitors walk everywhere and ride bikes, others rent a Golf cart and some rent a car or a Jeep. You can also hire a Taxi or ask the Property Manager to drive you where you need to go (tip as you feel). It is a good idea while you're here to explore this lsland and get lost and discover! 2 bicycles 3 beach chairs and umbrella, are included in the rental price.
